What's Not Covered
To be fair to all customers, our guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper care or neglect
- Failure to follow our care instructions
- Damage from extreme weather (frost, heat stress) after delivery
- Problems arising after 30 days from delivery
- Natural leaf drop during acclimation (normal for cuttings)
- Overwatering or underwatering by customer
- Pest or disease infestation introduced by customer
- Cuttings planted directly in ground without proper hardening off

How to Make a Claim

- Document any visible issues (rot, discoloration, damage)
- Note when the problem was first noticed

Care Requirements
To maintain your guarantee coverage, please follow these essential care guidelines:
Upon Arrival:
- Unpack cuttings immediately upon delivery
- Inspect for any damage (report within 48 hours)
- Keep in warm, dry location (15-30°C / 60-85°F)
- Avoid direct hot sun for first week
Initial 2-3 Weeks:
- Do NOT water - Cuttings need time to callus
- Place in bright, indirect light
- Good air circulation (prevent rot)
- Monitor for any signs of problems
After 3 Weeks:
- Plant in well-draining succulent/cactus mix
- Water lightly when soil is completely dry
- Gradually increase sun exposure
- Watch for root development
